Helping Hands Ministry

Helping Hands is part of the Saint Rose Bereavement and Consolation Ministry. It provides comfort, hospitality, and luncheons in the church basement for grieving families after funeral services. Volunteers prepare food at home and deliver it on funeral days, or work at funeral luncheons. Volunteer cooks are usually called by a team leader at least two days prior to the luncheon to provide a dish including hot potato, hot vegetable, salad or a dessert dish.

Helping Hands is always in need of cooks to prepare dishes for the luncheons and for workers to help serve at luncheons. You can sign up by contacting Sharon Seitz-Dennis at 419-874-1245 or Sseitzdennis@yahoo.com
